How do I reset my password?
Go to the sign-in page and tap "Forgot password". You'll receive an email with a link to create a new password.
How do I connect my PMS?
Navigate to Settings > Integrations in the app. Select your PMS provider and follow the guided setup to connect your account.
Can I manage multiple properties?
Yes. Trellis supports unlimited properties within a single workspace. Add new properties from the Properties section.
How do I invite team members?
Go to Settings > Team and tap "Invite Member". Enter their email address and assign a role (Admin, Member, or Viewer).
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Trellis uses enterprise-grade encryption, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, and your data is hosted in the EU on Supabase and Vercel.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation.
