The mandate

Build the product and technical foundations that let a small team operate an increasingly complex hospitality business.

The exact shape will evolve. We care more about the outcome you can own than preserving the boundaries of a job description.

The work

What day to day actually looks like.

The mix changes with the company’s bottleneck, but these are the recurring loops you should expect to own.

  1. 01

Work with founders and operators to turn a live operational problem into a clear product bet.

  2. 02

Ship across Next.js, TypeScript, FastAPI, Python, Postgres, and the agent runtime—wherever the problem leads.

  3. 03

Use customer sessions, traces, logs, and support failures to decide what to improve next.

  4. 04

Review architecture and raise the quality of the tools, primitives, and standards the whole team builds on.

The outcomes

What success starts to look like.

  • Ship an end-to-end product area that operators use in their weekly work.
  • Make a critical workflow measurably faster or more reliable.
  • Turn repeated customer needs into durable primitives that speed up the next ten features.

The person
