Hi, I'm Lodovico, founder of STR Ops. I've lived through the chaos of short-term rental operations - the endless coordination between guests, cleaners, maintenance teams, owners, and platforms - and I've seen how even great property managers are buried under fragmented tools and constant firefighting.

With STR Ops, I want to bring order to that chaos. This isn't about making operations slightly more efficient; it's about redefining what property management can be.

My journey started with Xenia, where I built one of Milan's most data-driven property management companies, and continued as Founding AI Engineer at Conduit, automating communication for thousands of rentals worldwide. STR Ops is the next step: the operating system for Property Management 2.0 - a world where AI doesn't just assist your team but eventually runs operations end-to-end.
